Neurofeedback briefly explained:
Neurofeedback (also EEG biofeedback) is a special form of biofeedback. In neurofeedback, brain waves (EEG waves) are displayed on a computer screen. These change when you are awake, asleep, alert, relaxed or stressed. During neurofeedback training, you train a change in these brain wave curves, e.g. to reduce stress waves or to increase concentration waves. Studies have shown that neurofeedback can be used to increase concentration and alleviate stress symptoms. Neurofeedback must be accessible and affordable for everyone.
Costs of neurofeedback therapy in our Association:
Do you live in Munich and cannot afford neurofeedback training in a private practice as a self-payer? After an intake interview of 60 minutes for 50 euros, you can train with us in our premises in Munich from 29.00 euros per 30 minutes. These costs only cover necessary personnel and insurance costs. The association received all of the high-quality therapy and training equipment through donations and funding (such as Erasmus+). Thanks to the donations, we can offer all common neurofeedback therapy and training procedures and work with the Brainmaster Discovery and the Nexus10. Both trainers and therapists will accompany you depending on your indication.
Recurring places without additional payment in the context of child and youth welfare:
Through donations, we can always give needy children and young people the opportunity to take part in our offers free of charge as part of child and youth welfare. Please contact us for this.
Information for unemployed people and people with additional health practitioner insurance: Through cooperation, we can bill neurofeedback through the employment office or your supplementary insurance. We will discuss your options in a free personal initial consultation.
