Neurofeedback briefly explained:
Neurofeedback (also EEG biofeedback) is a special form of biofeedback. In neurofeedback, brain waves (EEG waves) are displayed on a computer screen. These change when you are awake, asleep, alert, relaxed or stressed. During neurofeedback training, you train a change in these brain wave curves, e.g. to reduce stress waves or to increase concentration waves. Studies have shown that neurofeedback can be used to increase concentration and alleviate stress symptoms. Neurofeedback must be accessible and affordable for everyone.
The neurofeedback home training is possible for an additional payment of 50 euros per week for the necessary online support. The rental equipment is included as part of health education to increase concentration and reduce stress. An admission interview and an introduction to our Myndlift training device can be carried out online or in person in Munich for only 50 euros (duration 60 minutes). These costs only cover necessary personnel and insurance costs.
The association received all the high-quality therapy and training equipment through donations and subsidies (such as Erasmus+). We strongly recommend a qEEG (quantitative EEG) in a practice before starting training. With a QEEG we can adjust your training or therapy better. You can have the qEEG created in any practice. We can name a practice that carries out the qEEG for association patients for 90 euros.

Myndlift is an extension of "Muse". It is a training device with a good price-performance ratio. The advantage of Myndlift is that not only the temporal lobe or the frontal lobe (as is usual with Muse) can be trained. A flexible extra electrode allows you to train in all positions of the brain. An easy-to-use app with video instructions completes the offer. That's why we decided to use this device as part of our Erasmus+ project. The Myndlift training device has a CE mark, but is not an approved medical device. If you want to train symptoms associated with a medical condition, we can recommend a healthcare professional who can loan you an approved medical device. With the extra electrode from Myndlift you can train the following brain waves in all positions of the brain:
